School starts this week, and we were happy to help kindergarteners get ready for their big day! Our Prep Rally was filled with Tall Tales and puppet friends from Big Ryan, a school bus tour, and fun activity stations to practice some important kindergarten skills. We hope everyone has a fantastic first day of school!
A huge THANK YOU to all 818 participants who joined us for our Summer Reading Program, Plant a Seed, Read! Kids, teens, and adults read all summer long, and we loved celebrating with you. We had so much fun handing out prizes and wrapping up the summer. With 24 Grand Finale Prizes awarded in the Children’s Room, there were plenty of happy faces around the library!
