Last night, despite the weather, participants attended "Food Without the Fuss: How to Eat Well in a Confusing World". Deanna Wong, NASM/ACE gave a free and friendly workshop that offered simple, practical ways to feel more confident about reading labels, understanding portions and building balanced meals. Attendees left with much helpful information! Thank you to all that attended and to Deanna!
