You’ll learn how your nervous system works, and micro-practices you can use anywhere. Think of it as a crash course in taking care of your mind, body, and soul – so you can navigate this thing called “adulting” with more ease and confidence.

About the presenter: ShaQuan Read, LMHC is a Westborough parent, licensed psychotherapist, wellness educator, and yoga teacher who helps folks learn practical tools for stress, balance, and emotional well-being. She specializes in somatic (body-based) practices like mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation – making self-care accessible and empowering.
