In observance of Memorial Day, the library will be closed Saturday, May 29 and Monday, May 31.  However, the Friends of the Library will be holding another book donation day coming up THIS Saturday 5-29-21 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you missed book donation day last week, this is a chance to drop some things off. The library itself will be closed but you can meet the Friends at the Parkman St entrance to drop off your items.

Items the Friends accept:

Books – new or gently used, for all ages. All languages!
DVDs
Music CDs

What we don’t accept:

Books that are damaged, musty, missing covers, or full of writing
Textbooks
Encyclopedia sets
Outdated textbooks (older than 5 years)
Toys/puzzles/games
Magazines/newspapers
Outdated nonfiction books (ex: travel guides, test prep books, tax prep books)
Journals, coloring books, workbooks

Thank you for your generosity! All proceeds benefit the events and services of the library. If you have questions about donations, please contact the Friends at friendsowpl@gmail.com
